It's been kinda quiet around Reel Gossip Girls this week, but we'll be back on track on Monday. In the meantime, here's a roundup of movies for this weekend, and some new content for upcoming films.

New in theatres this weekend:
17 Again - Starring my new secret crush Zac Efron, Matthew Perry and Michelle Trachtenberg. It's getting good reviews so I'll definitely add this one to my list of must sees!
State of Play - Rather than tell you who's in the movie, I'll tell you who's not. Brad Pitt. I think that about covers it. Seriously though, this looks like it could be a pretty good ride. Starring Ben Affleck, Rachel Macadams, Helen Mirren, Russel Crowe and a host of others, this political thriller looks like it will hold it's own this weekend and got solid reviews.
Crank 2 - High Voltage - Lather, rinse, repeat. It's Jason Statham doing what he does best...Sequels. But he's always got the action. So it may not be a total wash. Ba da bum tsh.
